Specialty:
1. Boiler efficiency up to ≥ 90%.
2. The separator includes steel plate adiabatic cyclone separator and steam-cooled (water-cooled) volute cyclone separator.
3. The lower superheater area: adopt steam cooling (water cooling) cladding wall.
4. The lower economizer guard plate furnace wall: adopt frame type light furnace wall, ensure the boiler to have good sealing performance.
5. Steel structure design: use professional boiler design software to strictly calculate the boiler structure, ensure reasonable load distribution.
6. Optimize the ratio of primary and secondary air to reduce auxiliary power and strengthen flue gas disturbance, so as to prolong the residence time of flue gas in the furnace and improve boiler efficiency.
7. The furnace section is large, and the residence time of flue gas in the furnace is long. The furnace has low rising speed and large circulation in the furnace, which improves the primary burnout rate of the boiler and greatly reduces the wear of the furnace water wall area.
