The water walls are usually divided into side wall, front wall, rear wall, floor and furnace top. These water walls form the shell of the boiler combustion chamber. We use advanced SAW and GMAW membrane welding machines, as well as panel bending equipment to manufacture water walls, and fabricate as per the required shape. ORL can design and manufacture nickel based (Inconel 625) water wall to improve the wear resistance and greatly extend the service life of water wall.
Commonly used materials for water wall are SA179, SA210A1, SA210C, P195GH, P235GH, P265GH, 20G, etc.
